The English River runs for 100s of miles right across Northern Ontario and poduces many deep widenings and lake. It also runs in and out of the giant lake Lac Seul. The Englsih River is stuffed with Walleye, Northern Pike and Smallmouth Bass. There are tons of cold spring lakes you can potage to with Brook Trout, Lake Trout and Splake.
